Hello Dreamers, and thankyou for putting in the extra time needed to run through the entire show last night. Apologies from Chris, as he was not well enough to attend. I was very happy to note that the show's running time is close to the 100 minutes I guess-timated even before rehearsals began. Good to hear that some friends are going to begin attending rehearsals to be trained as stage hands. The cast simply won't have the time during performance to move furniture, so reliable assistance is a must. We of course all hope to have Mary singing again once she has recovered fully. Ellen is filling the boots of Puck very confidently, and she has already proven to be a quick study. The coming week, it was decided ("in this new spirit of democracy"), that the rehearsals shall be on Tuesday and Wednesday,(rather than Thursday). This seems to suit some cast better, but let me know how it works out please before we alter permanently. This still needs O.K from band.
Saturday April 11th. and Sunday 12th. April have been proposed as workshop days for cast to polish their work. Between 10a.m. and 4 P.M. I will be there to help the musicians and cast. I recommend too that everyone be off-book and have footwear and costumes, props etc. ready by then. Still required in props are the following:(Please let me know, so I can cross off list).
1. Placards on sticks with protest slogans painted on them. Ex: ‘Go Greener , Not Meaner!”, “Gnomes need homes !”, “ Earth is not a Dirty Word!”, ‘Water works Wonders
2.Mustardseed is seen to finish eating a giant mushroom, (which is a muffin decorated with bright colours to resemble a mushroom.) Icing kit? Coloured icing mix?
3.A bottle of perfume with an atomiser attached. The Label on it reads 'Forest Fairy Dew', used by Cobweb.
4.A Bottle of liqueur in fancy design , labelled ' Apricot Nectar'.
5. A child's bedlight, resembling a natural object, that remains lit throughout rest of scene, to
go off on Oberon's cue
6.Large arrays of fairy lights? The bedlight above might be one of those provided to young children that have fairy or such- like decoration.
To this list, if anyone knows where I can get 1 piece molded plastic stools in hour-glass shape from, please let me know. I will screw the chair tops I’ve got into them, so they wont be returnable. The idea is they’re light and strong.

Can I ask everyone to take pics during rehearsals, as they add enormously to the site. How about some people in costumes? , People using props? etc. Thanks, Gary
